Production & Processing

Most VIDIC pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the design. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you.

Shipping & Delivery

VIDIC ships from Sweden to selected international destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service. Please note that shipping transit time begins once production is complete and the order has been dispatched.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees may apply.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Any applicable charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and may be collected by the shipping carrier before or upon delivery.

Customs procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our control.
